Juspay- A Secure, Faster, and Reliable solution, processes 4 million transactions per month for most top merchants like Amazon, Snapdeal, Swiggy, BookMyShow, MakeMyTrip, Freecharge, Mobikwik, and Yatra, etc.

Challenges:

Juspay with its reliable offerings had the brightest minds working for it. To keep up with the expanding Indian market and growing competition, Juspay wanted a better and faster method to assess and onboard top tech talent in India. Hiring young talent from the universities on a large scale was a prominent challenge.
